Wir als AStA der Universität Siegen lehnen Studiengebühren entschieden ab!

Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation, dass in NRW am 14. Mai gewählt wird, möchten wir euch Studierende auf die Konsequenzen aufmerksam machen, die eine Beteiligung der FDP an der Regierung zur Folge hätte.
Die FDP plant die Reformen der rot-grünen Landesregierung zurückzudrehen und die Gebührenfreiheit für das Studium zu streichen, dies bedeutet die FDP plant erneut Studiengebühren einzuführen!
In Baden-Württemberg werden Studierende, welche nicht aus der EU an die Uni kommen, bereits zur Kasse gebeten.
Wir setzen uns für die Abschaffung von Bildungsgebühren in jeglicher Form ein!
Mit dem klaren Bekenntnis der FDP Studiengebühren in Nordrhein-Westfalen wieder einführen zu wollen, treibt sie die CDU auf der Suche nach liberal-konserativ Wähler*innen vor sich her.
Bildung muss öffentlich finanziert werden und allen Menschen muss Bildung barrierefrei und kostenfrei zugänglich gemacht werden. Studieren ist, dank Bologna-Reform und sozialen Faktoren, bereits jetzt stark abhängig von der finanziellen Situation des Elternhauses der Studierenden. Diese Spirale darf sich durch ein erneutes Einführen der Studiengebühren sich nicht weiter verschärfen.
Der AStA der Universität Siegen setzt sich klar für ein Studium für alle ein und keine Reproduktion der Elitengesellschaft!
Dieser sehr durchschaubare Versuch, die chronische Unterfinanzierung des Bildungssystems auf die Studierenden abzuwälzen, ist bereits schon im ersten Versuch in Nordrhein-Westfalen unter der schwarz-gelben Landesregierung gescheitert.
Die damals eingeführten Studiengebühren haben mehrere tausend Studienberechtigte von einem Studium abgehalten und diesen so ein Stück ihrer Selbstbestimmtheit genommen.
Das Studienbeitragsdarlehen schafft keine Abhilfe, denn diejenigen, die vom Studium abgehalten wurden, hatten ebenfalls die Möglichkeit, das Darlehen aufzunehmen. Studierenden war dies in der Vergangenheit eine ungenügende finanzielle Unterstützung!
Studierende sollen und dürfen sich nicht für Bildung verschulden müssen, wir lehnen den zweiten Versuch der Einführung von Studiengebühren klar ab!
Deshalb wollen wir bereits frühzeitig auf das Thema aufmerksam machen und uns für kostenfreie und barrierefreie Bildung einsetzen!
Wir werden uns intensiver denn je für eine massive Ausweitung von sozialen Befreiungen und Härtefallregelungen einsetzen.
Am Sonntag den 7. Mai 2017 wird es eine Demo: Nein Zu Studiengebühren! in Düsseldorf geben. Die Demo wird organisiert von verschieden ASten aus Nordrhein-Westfalen. Wir laden alle Studierenden der Universität Siegen dazu ein. Die Demo beginnt um ab 12 Uhr auf der Höhe Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 34-38 vor dem DGB-Haus, in der Nähe des Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhofs. Die Kundgebung endet nach dem Auftakt und einer Zwischenkundgebung in der Innenstadt und am Graf-Adolf-Platz am Landtag.

We, the Students Union of the University of Siegen, strongly object to study fees!
Due to the actual situation (elections will take place in NRW the 14th May), we want to inform the students about the consequences of a participation of the FDP in the government.
The FDP intends to withdraw some reforms of the actual provincial government and to cancel studying free of charge, in other words the FDP intends to re-introduce study fees!
In Baden-Würtemberg, students that don’t belong to an EU member country already have to pay.
We stand up for the abolition of any kind of fee for education!
The intention of this clear statement of the FDP in favour of re-introducing study fees in Nordrhein-Westfalen is to lure the liberal-conservative voters that normally tend to the CDU. Education has to be based on public funds and has to be accessible to all people and free of charge. Thanks to the Bologna-reform and other social factors, studying already depends on the financial situation of the parental home of a student. This situation would get worse by re-introducing study fees, we have to prevent it!
The Students Union of the University of Siegen stands up for studies for everybody and don’t want a reproduction of an elite society.
This very transparent attempt to shuffle off the chronic underfunding of our education system unto the students has already failed the first time during the provincial government of CDU and FDP in Nordrhein-Westfalen.
The study fees that had been introduced at that time discouraged thousands of people with entrance qualification from studying and took away a part of their self-determination.
The study fee loans are not a solution, because those who had been discouraged from studying already had the possibility to raise loans. In the past, this possibility appeared to the students as an insufficient financial aid.
Students shall not and may not get into dept for their education, that’s why we strongly object to the second attempt of introducing study fees!
Therefore we want to call attention to this topic and to stand up for a barrier-free education free of charge.
We will plead more intensively than ever for a massive expansion of social exemptions and hard-case regulations.
On Sunday, the 7th May 2017 there’s going to be a demonstration: No to study fees! in Düsseldorf. The demonstration is organised by the Students Unions of Nordrhein-Westfalen. We invite all students of the University of Siegen to participate. The demonstration is going to start at 12 o’clock at Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 34-38, in front of the DGB-house, near Düsseldorf train station. The demonstration ends after a speech in the city centre and at the Graf-Adolf-Platz, at the provincial government.

Nous, l’AGE de l’Université de Siegen, rejetons résolument les frais d’études !
A cause de la situation actuelle (il y aura une élection en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie le 14 Mai), nous aimerions informer les étudiants sur les conséquences d’une éventuelle participation de la FDP au gouvernement.
La FDP envisage d’annuler certaines réformes du gouvernement du land actuel et d’en finir avec la franchise des études, en d’autres mots la FDP prévoit de réintroduire les frais d’études !
En Bade-Wurtemberg, les étudiants ne venant pas d’un pays membre de l’UE sont déjà demandés à passer à la caisse.
Nous nous engageons en faveur d’une abolition de toute sorte de frais d’éducation !
Avec l’affirmation assez claire pour une réintroduction des frais d’études en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, la FDP essaie de convaincre les électeurs libéral-conservateur qui penchent normalement vers la CDU.
Il faut que l’éducation soit basée sur les fonds publics et que tout le monde puisse y participer de manière gratuite. Grâce à la réforme de Bologna et d’autres facteurs sociaux, faire des études dépend déjà de la situation financière des parents d’un étudiant. C’est une évolution qui s’accentuera encore avec la réintroduction des frais d’études, il faut donc absolument l’arrêter.
L’AGE de l’Université de Siegen s’engage pour que les études restent ouvertes pour tous et s’oppose contre une reproduction d’une société élitaire.
Cette tentative prévisible de renvoyer la balle du sous-financement chronique du système d’éducation aux étudiants a déjà échoué en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie une première fois sous le gouvernement du land de la CDU et la FDP.
Les frais d’études prélevés à l’époque ont découragé des milliers de gens qui avaient théoriquement le droit d’accès aux études, et ceux-ci ont ainsi perdu une partie de leur autodétermination.
Les prêts pour les frais d‘études ne sont pas vraiment une solution, car les gens qui ont été dissuadé de faire des études à l’époque avaient déjà la possibilité de contracter un prêt. Pour les étudiants, cela n’était guère une aide financière suffisante.
Les étudiants ne devraient pas s’endetter pour leur éducation, c’est pourquoi nous rejetons cette deuxième tentative d’introduire des frais d’études !
Par conséquent nous voulons attirer votre attention sur ce sujet et nous voulons nous engager pour une éducation gratuite et accessible à tous.
Nous allons nous engager plus intensivement que jamais pour une mise à niveau massive d’exemption sociale et des dispositions de cas de rigueur.
Le dimanche 7 mai 2017, il y aura une manifestation: Non aux frais d’études à Düsseldorf. La manif est organisée par les AGEs de Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. Nous invitons tous les étudiants de l’Université de Siegen d’y participer. La manif commencera à 12 heurs dans la rue Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 34-38, devant la maison DGB, tout près de la gare de Düsseldorf. La manif prend fin après des discours dans le centre ville et à la place Graf-Adolf-Platz, devant le parlement du land.
