In unserer Funktion als Referent*innen für Akademische Belange sehen wir uns dazu verpflichtet, grundsätzlich allen Studierenden mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und Lösungen für etwaige Probleme anzubieten oder auch gemeinsam zu erarbeiten.
Die Beratung des AStA ist unabhängig, unbürokratisch, diskret und kostenlos.
Wenn ihr einmal nicht weiter wisst, werden wir versuchen, gemeinsam mit euch eine Lösung zu finden. Gerade bei nicht bestandenen Drittversuchen und drohenden Exmatrikulationen ist schnelle Hilfe sehr wichtig. Auch eure zuständigen Fachschaftsräte helfen euch, wenn ihr z.B. Probleme mit Dozierenden habt oder entsprechende Beratung benötigt. Im AStA ist die Betreuung der Drittversuche und der Kontakt zu den Dekanaten von großer Bedeutung. Auch unterstützen wir euch beratend und finanziell bei etwaigen Klagen. Bitte beachtet hierbei aber, dass Rechtskosten nur vom AStA getragen werden können, wenn sie a) bereits vor der Klage abgesprochen wurden und b) der Anwalt des AStA eingeschaltet wird, um den entsprechenden Fall zu betreuen. Bei den meisten Fragen werden wir euch oft schon direkt helfen können.
Während der Vorlesungszeit ist das Büro immer montags bis freitags von 9:30 bis 15:30 Uhr für alle Beratungen geöffnet. Die Öffnungszeiten in den Semesterferien variieren und werden in der Regel frühzeitig bekanntgegeben. Hilfreich wäre es, wenn ihr schon vor dem Erscheinen im Büro eine Mail mit der Kurzbeschreibung eures Problems senden würdet. Wir machen dann gern einen Termin mit euch aus.

Student counselling (academic issues)
In our function as consultants for academic issues, we are committed to support all students in word and deed and to offer solutions for any problems or to work together to find these solutions.
The advice of the AStA is independent, unbureaucratic, discreet and free of charge.
If you don’t know what to do, we will try to find a solution together with you. Especially in case of a failed third attempt and a threatening removal from the register of students, quick help is very important. Your responsible student representatives will also help you if, for example, you have problems with lecturers or need appropriate advice. For the AStA, the supervision of third attempts and the contact with the deaneries is of great importance. We also support you in an advisory and financial way in case of complaints. Please note, however, that legal costs can only be borne by the AStA if a) they have already been agreed before and b) the lawyer of the AStA is called in to attend to the corresponding case. We will often be able to help you directly with most questions.
During the lecture period the office is open every Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for all consultations. Opening hours during the semester break vary and are usually announced early. It would be helpful if you could send an email with a short description of your problem before appearing in the office. We would be happy to make an appointment with you.

Dans notre rôle de conseillers pour les questions académiques, c’est notre devoir de soutenir tous les étudiants en paroles et en actes et d’offrir des solutions à tous les problèmes ou de travailler ensemble pour les trouver.
Le conseil de l’AStA est indépendant, non bureaucratique, discret et gratuit.
Si vous ne savez pas quoi faire, nous essaierons de trouver une solution avec vous. En particulier si vous avec échoué la troisième fois dans un examen vous êtes alors menacé de désinscription, une aide rapide est très importante. De même, vos conseils des étudiants respectifs vous aideront en cas de problèmes avec un professeur p. ex. ou si vous avec besoin d’un conseil. Pour l’AStA, la supervision des troisièmes tentatives et le contact avec les doyens est d’une grande importance. Nous vous soutenons également de manière consultative et financière en cas de plaintes. Veuillez noter cependant que les frais de justice ne peuvent être pris en charge par l’AStA que si a) ils ont déjà été convenus auparavant et b) l’avocat de l’AStA est appelé pour s’occuper de l’affaire en question. Nous serons souvent en mesure de vous aider directement avec la plupart des questions.
Pendant la période de cours, le bureau est ouvert pour toutes les consultations du lundi au vendredi de 9h30 à 15h30.Les heures d’ouverture pendant la pause semestrielle varient et sont généralement annoncées tôt. Il pourrait être utile de nous envoyer un courriel avec une courte description de votre problème avant de venir dans le bureau. C’est avec plaisir que nous prendrons rendez-vous avec vous.
