Das Studierendenparlament (StuPa) ist, wie der Name schon vermuten l\u00e4sst, das Parlament der Studierendenschaft. Wahlen<\/a> finden (seit einem StuPa-Beschluss 2018 zur \u00c4nderung der Wahlordnung und somit des Wahltermins) jedes Jahr aus organisatorischen Gr\u00fcnden zusammen mit den Wahlen der FSRe statt. W\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnt ihr dann hier verschiedene hochschulpolitische Listen \u2013 manche an echte Parteien gebunden, andere sind unabh\u00e4ngig. Eine Auflistung findest du auf den Unterseiten, \u00fcber die Inhalte verraten dir die einzelnen Listen etwas auf ihren Internetseiten. Aufmerksam auf die Wahlen werdet ihr in der Regel durch die vielen Flyer und Wahlplakate \u2013 ihr k\u00f6nnt sie also eigentlich nicht \u00fcbersehen.<\/p>\n

Will man einen Vergleich ziehen, ist das StuPa quasi das \u00c4quivalent zum Bundestag. Seine Aufgaben sind demnach die Entscheidungsfindung zu Belangen der Studierendenschaft, Arbeitsauftr\u00e4ge an und Kontrolle des AStA, Entsendung von Vertreter*innen in diverse Aussch\u00fcsse und \u00fcberhaupt mehr, als auf diese Seite passen w\u00fcrde.\u00a0Als (leider von immer noch zu wenigen Studierenden) gew\u00e4hlte Vertretung der Studierendenschaft obliegt ihm au\u00dferhalb von Gesamtvollversammlungen<\/a> die Entscheidung \u00fcber alle Angelegenheiten der Verfassten Studierendenschaft<\/a>, wie zum Beispiel die Semestertickets<\/a> oder die Verwendung unserer aktuell 13,00 Euro pro Semester im Haushaltsplan.<\/p>\n

The Student Parliament (StuPa) is, as the name suggests, the parliament of the student body. Elections take place every year (since a StuPa decision in 2018 to change the election regulations and thus the election date), and for organisational reasons together with the FSRe elections. You can then vote for different university political lists – some are linked to real parties, others are independent. You can find a list on the subpages, and the individual lists will tell you something about the contents on their websites. You usually become aware of the elections through the many flyers and election posters – so you can’t really miss them.<\/p>\n

If you want to draw a comparison, the StuPa is more or less the equivalent of the Bundestag. Its tasks are to make decisions on matters concerning the student body, to give work assignments to and control the AStA, to send representatives to various committees and generally more than would fit on this page. As the elected representative of the student body (unfortunately still too few students), it is responsible for deciding on all matters of the student body outside of the plenary sessions, such as semester tickets or the use of our current 13.00 euros per semester in the budget.<\/p>\n
