In Zweifelsf\u00e4llen entscheidet die H\u00e4rtefallkommission.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><em><strong>Widerspruchsformular\/ Objection form<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Falls eure Antr\u00e4ge abgelehnt worden sind, findet ihr hier das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asta.uni-siegen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Widerspruch_deutsch.pdf\">Widerspruchsformular<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If your application has been rejected, you can find the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asta.uni-siegen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Widerspruch_englisch.pdf\">appeal<\/a> form here.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h1>Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr eine Antragsstellung k\u00f6nnen sein:<\/h1>\n<h2><strong>Schwerbehinderung:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studierende, die einen G-Vermerk oder eine entsprechende Wertmarke in ihrem Schwer-behindertenausweis haben, mit dem sie unentgeltlich \u00f6ffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Soziale H\u00e4rtef\u00e4lle k\u00f6nnen sein:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Studierende mit Kind\/ern<\/li>\n<li>Ausl\u00e4ndische Studierende mit beschr\u00e4nkter Arbeitserlaubnis<\/li>\n<li>Studierende, f\u00fcr die es unbillige H\u00e4rte aus sozialen Gr\u00fcnden darstellt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bei einer Antragsstellung m\u00fcsst ihr eure Einkommensverh\u00e4ltnisse offen legen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Die Antragsfrist f\u00fcr ein Semester endet am letzten Werktag der Woche nach Beginn der Vorlesungszeit. This part contains the cost for the public transportation ticket ( 176,40 \u20ac) for the upcoming semester. You will be receive back your special contribution to refinance the refunding (\u201cSoli-Euro\u201d, 4 \u20ac) included in the semester fee, adding up to 180,40 \u20ac. It is stated in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asta.uni-siegen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Haertefallordnung-ab-SoSe-2023.pdf\">special hardships regulation<\/a> (H\u00e4rtefallordnung, H\u00e4rtefO) who is entitled to receive the refunding and how the process works. In cases of doubt a committee (so called H\u00e4rtefallausschuss) elected by the students-parliament decides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reasons for a demand may be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Handicap:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students with a Disability ID Card can use public transports free of charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social hardships may be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students with children<\/li>\n<li>Non-German students with limited permission to work<\/li>\n<li>Students with a difficult financial situation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You have to reveal your income for the application!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The application deadline for a semester ends on the last working day of the week after the start of the semester period. The date will be published by the social unit in time. Il s\u2019agit du remboursement de la contribution pour la mobilit\u00e9 avec le remboursement du Semesterticket (176,40 \u20ac), le Soli-Euro (4 \u20ac) \u00e9tant inclus (cela fait donc actuellement un total de 180,40 \u20ac.<br \/>Pour ce faire, il existe un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asta.uni-siegen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Haertefallordnung-ab-SoSe-2023.pdf\">r\u00e9glement<\/a> qui r\u00e9gie les conditions permettant le remboursement de la contribution (H\u00e4rtefallordnung). En cas de doute, c\u2019est la commission \u00abH\u00e4rtefallkommisssion\u00bb qui d\u00e9cide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raisons pour une application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Handicap grave:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants avec carte d\u2019invalidit\u00e9\/CMI avec la mention \u00ab\u00a0invalidit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ont le droit d\u2019utiliser les transports en commun gratuitement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cas social exceptionel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9tudiant\/es ayant des enfants<\/li>\n<li>Etudiant\/es \u00e9trangers\/\u00e9trang\u00e8res avec permis de travail limit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tudiant\/es pour lesquels la contribution repr\u00e9sente une injustice d\u2019un point de vue social (situation financi\u00e8re pr\u00e9caire).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous faites une demande, vous devez r\u00e9v\u00e9ler vos revenus\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le d\u00e9lai de candidature pour un semestre se termine le dernier jour ouvrable de la semaine suivant le d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9riode de cours. La date exacte sera publi\u00e9e par le service social \u00e0 temps.
