Vom 10.06 – 14.06.2024 finden die Wahlen zum 51. Studierendenparlament und der Fachschaftsräte ausschließlich statt. Hier findest du alle wichtigen Infos und Unterlagen dazu. Solltest du darüber hinaus Fragen haben, kannst du den Wahlausschuss jederzeit per Mail unter wahlausschuss@asta.uni-siegen.de erreichen.
Bis zum 19.05.2024 müssen alle, die für die Wahl antreten wollen ihre Listen und Einverständniserklärungen eigenreicht haben.

Till the 19th of May 2024, everybody that wants to compete, got to send in the List of Nominations and declarations of agreement.

Einsicht ins Wähler*innenverzeichnis | Inspection of the electoral roll
Das Verzeichnis der Wähler*innen kann ab dem 06.05.2024 im Büro des Asta im Zeitraum der Bürozeiten eingesehen werden.
Gegen Fehler im Verzeichnis der Wähler*innen kann bei der Wahlleitung bis zum 19.05.2024 Einspruch erhoben werden. Der Einspruch muss schriftlich per E-Mail erfolgen. Der Wahlausschuss entscheidet hierüber bis zum 25.05.2024.
Information about the entry in the list of voters can be obtained from May 6th, 2024 at the Asta office at the time of its opening hours.
Objections against errors in the list of voters can be lodged with the election management until May 19th, 2024. The objection must be made in writing by e-mail. The Election Committee will decide on this by May 25th, 2024.
Beantragung der Briefwahlunterlagen | Request of election materials
Um die Briefwahlunterlagen beantragen zu können, schreibst du eine formlose E-Mail über deine studentische E-Mail-Adresse an den Wahlausschuss unter wahlausschuss@asta.uni-siegen.de und fügst dieser, zwecks Identitäts- sowie Immatrikulationsprüfung, deinen Studierenden- als auch deinen Personalausweis bzw. Pass als Anlagen hinzu. In den Fließtext der Mail solltest du unbedingt die Adresse angeben, zu der du die Unterlagen gesendet haben möchtest (nur innerhalb Deutschlands). Für den Fall, dass du mehr als einer Fachschaft angehörst (z. B. Lehramtsstudierende) ist im Rahmen der Mail außerdem deine Präferenz anzugeben, für welchen Fachschaftsrat du deine Stimme abgeben möchtest.
To apply for postal voting, send an informal e-mail to the Election Committee via your student e-mail address at wahlausschuss@asta.uni-siegen.de and attach your student ID and your identity card or passport for identity and enrolment verification purposes. In the body text of the e-mail, you must state the address to which you would like the documents to be sent (only within Germany). If you belong to more than one student council (e.g. teacher trainees), you should also state your preference for which student council you would like to vote for.
